Terms & Conditions

1. We do not take any bookings. All vehicles will be queued in the order which they enter our premises.

2. All prices are inclusive of GST.

3. Extra charges may apply based on the size and condition of your vehicle (e.g. larger vehicles, animal hair, very dirt interior/exterior…). We believe this is only fair due to the extra time and work spent to ensure your car is cleaned to the highest quality.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take all valuables with you when you leave your car. We strongly advise that you empty areas such as the boot and console prior to entering our premises.

5. Your vehicle will remain in our property until payment is received. We do not provide any accounts.

6. Whilst we aim to give you a reasonable waiting time, these times cannot be guaranteed as we provide attentive care to each and every vehicle to ensure a high quality finish. Please note that we are generally busier over the weekend.

7. Gift Vouchers: valid for 12 months from date of issue; cannot be redeemed for cash; lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded; we do not offer refunds for vouchers under any circumstances.

8. If you have any issues with your service, please bring back your car the same or next day so that we can work to resolve it.

9. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused to your vehicle including: preexisting damage, adhesive accessories, vehicle graphics, valuables left in the vehicle, poorly fitted licence plates, faulty ignition, batteries, automated lock doors, or mechanical faults.

10. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused by our Equipment, Machinery, Chemicals or Cleaning Processes. We use industry grade Equipment, Machinery, Chemicals and Cleaning Processes to clean your car. If you have any concerns or preexisting conditions, please let us know prior to washing your car.

11. We reserve the right to refuse service subject to management’s discretion.

12. By accepting service at Professional Car Wash & Cafe you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions as stated above.
